At Contempee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home styling; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
